Every Electric Vehicle is Geo-Fenced by a GPS Module — which means the company receives an immediate notification if a company vehicle goes beyond the boundaries conveyed by Company staff prior to departing on your rental.
In such an event, your credit card on file will be charged an additional $150 for each incident of non-adherence to Company policy by going beyond the noted Geo-Fenced boundary.
The Geographic Boundaries Are:
- Canal Street
- N. Rampart Street
- Esplanade Avenue
- The River-Walk
Riders have 78 square blocks of French Quarter adventure to navigate — have fun and be smart.
E-Vehicle Rental “Need to Know”
- Before departing on your E-Vehicle Rental/Tour, all riders/passengers must read, understand, agree, and sign the Company’s “Release, Waiver, Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer.”
- In reserving products/services, purchasing products/services, and providing information, all Operators/Drivers/Passengers/Riders are deemed by the Company to have read the E-Vehicle Rental “Terms and Conditions” set forth via the Company Website.
- Neither the Company nor its representatives are responsible for the ignorance of any Participant as it pertains to the awareness & familiarity with Company policies, requirements, terms and conditions set forth via the Company FAQ Page, Deposit Forfeiture Page, Verbal Conveyance and other informational postings found on the Company website.
- A Return Time will be communicated & agreed upon before the E-Vehicle Operator departs the Company Facility.
- All Golf Cart and E-Bike Rentals must be returned no later than the end of the business day.
- Additional fees will be charged for late returns.
The Company Reserves the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone for Any Reason
- 1In reserving products/services, purchasing products/services, and providing information, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions as laid forth on the Company FAQ Page and Waiver.
- 2Each & every single individual Participant must read & sign the Release from Liability Agreement prior to participating in any and all activities offered by the Company.
- 3If an individual does not, cannot, will not, or refuses to read, agree to and sign the Release from Liability Agreement, that individual does not ride and funds are considered forfeit.
- 4Acknowledge awareness, understanding, and agreement to adhere and abide by all traffic laws, general laws of conduct, safety rules and guidelines (stated, implied, or otherwise) with regard to the legal, lawful & vigilant operation of Company vehicles in the streets of the City of New Orleans and State of Louisiana.
- 5Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
- 6Being a disrespectful and/or irresponsible person in public is frowned upon, plus that behavior downright stinks.
- 7Customers agree to employ responsible & respectable personal conduct when engaging with the general public and occupying physical space in the public domain.
- 8All participants who are in legal possession of any Company vehicle must comply with all State & Local traffic laws.
